Performance skis and boards are available in a wide range of gear including Elan, Vokl, Salomon, Scott, K2, Fischer, Nordica, Liberty, Nitro, - from all mountain to freeride. Our friendly staff are passionate about the mountains and are there to provide the most professional and helpful advice.Our Performance gear is dedicated test stock that is constantly maintained ensuring maximum performance.
Demo Equipment
Would you buy a new car without test driving it first? So why would you buy new skis/board in the city, without trying them on the snow first?
Come and visit George's Ski Hire, and try out our range of Preformance skis or board before you buy. Owning your own gear will dramatically improve your performance on the snow and increase enjoyment but it is essential to buy the right equipment. Buying at the resort provides a wider choice and the opportunity to try them out allowing you to test different models and find the one that best suits your style, budget and ability.
Performance equipment can be hired from $80 per day.
We will rebate your one day's hire from the sale price
of the equipment if you decide to buy them.

Ski Hire
Ski boots can make your or break your day. At George's we have a wide range of boots in different widths and can fit anyone from toddlers up to adult's size 15.

Clothing Hire - Pants and Jackets
George's carries a full range of clothing from tiny toddler’s suits up to adult's size 5XL in 'Aggression' Abletex® pants & parkas ensuring warmth, comfort and dryness in all conditions.
Walking Boots
Don't slip and slide all over the mountain. Hire some waterproof, comfortable, non slip walking boots. Available from bubs, children or adult's sizes. Snowproof boots also available for sale.
Lockers
Lockers are available for hire to store your shoes and personal belongings safely and securely while you enjoy your day on the snow. Large lockers to accommodate up to 5 pairs of skis and boots with drying facilities available for hire (Family locker), other lockers for a pair of skis or board only, as well as general lockers for your backpack, boots, handbag etc.
Snowboard Hire
George's has the newest technology from the Northern hemisphere's hottest brands.
Brands available for hire include: Salomon, Nitro, Ice Panther, Imperium City, Ionita, Lamar.
Snowboard Boots
Brands available for hire include: Salomon, Rossignol, Head.
